Epoxy flooring
FAQs.

Everything LA homeowners ask before getting a floor. Straight answers, no jargon.

Cost & quotes

How much does epoxy flooring cost?

Most LA garage floors land between about $1,600 and $5,800 installed, or roughly $5–$15 per square foot depending on the finish, the size of the space, and the condition of your concrete. Flake and solid-color floors sit at the lower end; metallic and quartz cost more. Every slab is different, so we give a free on-site quote with a firm number before any work starts, see our LA cost guide for a full breakdown.

Do you charge for an estimate?

No. Estimates are always free and done on-site so we can measure the space and check the condition of your concrete. There is no obligation and no pressure to book.

How do I get a quote?

Call or text (747) 888-1445, or send the contact form. We typically reply the same business day, and the quote is always free.

Finishes & looks

What epoxy finishes do you offer?

Four: flake (our most popular, durable, slip-resistant, hides dirt), metallic (glossy, marbled, high-design), quartz (maximum grip and durability for heavy-duty and wet areas), and solid color (clean and budget-friendly). Not sure which fits? Our finish guide compares them side by side.

Is epoxy slippery when wet?

Flake and quartz finishes add texture that improves traction, and for garages, patios, pool decks or any area that gets wet we can build extra slip resistance into the topcoat with an anti-slip additive. Tell us how you use the space and we will spec it accordingly.

Will the floor yellow or fade in the sun?

We finish floors with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat, which resists the ambering (yellowing) that bare epoxy can show in direct sunlight. That keeps the color and gloss looking right in spaces with natural light.

Will it cover cracks and stains in old concrete?

We repair cracks and pits during prep and grind the slab clean before coating, and flake blends visually hide minor surface imperfections, the floor is sound underneath, not just painted over. Badly damaged slabs are assessed first so we set the right expectation before quoting.

Durability & care

How long does an epoxy floor last?

A properly prepped and installed floor lasts well over a decade with normal use, and we back ours with a written 10-year warranty. The single biggest factor is prep, diamond-grinding the slab and repairing cracks before coating is what makes a floor last instead of peel.

What does the warranty cover?

Our floors come with a 10-year written warranty on the coating system and our workmanship, peeling, delamination and bonding failures under normal use. You get it in writing on day one.

How do I clean and maintain it?

Easy, sweep or dust-mop for grit, and damp-mop with a mild cleaner for spills. No harsh solvents or abrasive pads needed. Our maintenance guide has the full routine for keeping the gloss for years.

How the job works

Can you really install it in one day?

In most garages, yes. Because we finish with a fast-curing polyaspartic topcoat, we grind, coat and broadcast the flake in a single day. You can usually walk on it the next day and park on it within a couple of days, exact cure time depends on temperature and the system.

What does the prep involve?

Mechanical diamond-grinding of the whole slab to open the concrete so the coating bonds, plus crack and pit repair and a thorough clean. Prep is the difference between a floor that lasts ten-plus years and one that peels, we never shortcut it with a quick acid wash.

Do I need to empty the garage first?

Yes, please clear the space of vehicles, shelving and stored items so we can grind and coat the full slab. If you need a hand planning around a tight space, just ask when we quote.

How soon can you start?

It depends on our current schedule and the time of year, so the best thing is to call or text (747) 888-1445 for current availability. Tell us your ideal timeframe and we will work to fit it.
